Recipes Open lasagne with Italian ham and burrata

Ingredients

  • 6 large lasagne sheets
  • 2 balls of burrata
  • 150 gr Italian ham
  • 500 gr Manna Bolognese Sauce
  • 50 gr grated Parmesan cheese
  • A few leaves of basil
  • Pepper – salt

 

Preparation

  • Heat the bolognese sauce in a saucepan on the stove.
  • Boil the lasagne sheets in salted water until al dente.
  • Drain and cut them in half.
  • Take serving plates and place a lasagne sheet on each.
  • Spoon over some of the bolognese sauce and arrange a slice of Italian ham on top.
  • Spoon some burrata over it. Repeat two more times.
  • Season the lasagne towers with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Garnish with extra leaves of fresh basil.
