Recipes Vegan tuna salad

Ingredients

  • 600 g canned chickpeas
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 3 nori sheets (seaweed)
  • 1 lemon, the juice
  • ½ tbsp mustard
  • 6 tbsp Manna Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • Pepper – salt

Other ingredients:

  • A few slices of brown bread
  • A few lettuce leaves

 

Preparation

  • Put the chickpeas in the blender together with the shallot and the nori sheets.
  • Add lemon juice, mustard, vegan mayonnaise, capers and soy sauce.
  • Blend to a smooth spread.
  • Season to taste with pepper and possibly some salt.
  • Top the slices of bread with lettuce leaves and the vegan tuna salad.
