Recipes Vegan tuna salad
Ingredients
- 600 g canned chickpeas
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 3 nori sheets (seaweed)
- 1 lemon, the juice
- ½ tbsp mustard
- 6 tbsp Manna Vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp capers
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Pepper – salt
Other ingredients:
- A few slices of brown bread
- A few lettuce leaves
Preparation
- Put the chickpeas in the blender together with the shallot and the nori sheets.
- Add lemon juice, mustard, vegan mayonnaise, capers and soy sauce.
- Blend to a smooth spread.
- Season to taste with pepper and possibly some salt.
- Top the slices of bread with lettuce leaves and the vegan tuna salad.
