Recipes Turkey pesto salad
Ingredients
- 750 gr turkey fillets
- 2 handfuls of basil leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150 gr grated parmesan cheese
- 150 gr toasted pine nuts
- 75ml olive oil
- 10 tbsp Manna mayonnaise
- Pepper – salt
Other ingredients:
- Bagels
- Some arugula leaves
- A few pieces of sun-dried tomato
Preparation
- Sauté the turkey fillets in a bit of olive oil.
- Then cut them into cubes and allow to cool.
- Put the basil leaves, garlic, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts and a dash of olive oil in the blender.
- Blend until smooth pesto. Tip: You can also use ready-made pesto.
- Mix the pesto with the mayonnaise.
- Season additionally with salt and pepper.
- Slice the bagels.
- Top them with arugula leaves and the turkey pesto salad.
- Garnish with pieces of sun-dried tomato.
