Recipes Spaghetti carbonara with spinach and mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 1 jar of Manna Carbonara (500 g)
- 500 g spaghetti
- 200 g spinach
- 250 g Button mushrooms
- Parmesan cheese
- butter
Preparation:
- Cook the spaghetti al dente.
- Slice the mushrooms and wash the spinach.
- Melt a knob of butter in a pot and sauté the mushrooms and spinach in it.
- Then add the carbonara sauce and stir everything well together.
- Drain the spaghetti and divide it over several plates.
- Spoon a generous amount of the carbonara sauce over it.
- Garnish the pasta with some finely chopped leaves of spinach and Parmesan cheese.
