Recipes Pita with grilled chicken
Ingredients
- 1 jar of Manna Pita Sauce
- 4 pita breads
- 2 chicken fillets
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g red cabbage
- 1 avocado
- chicken seasoning, pepper & salt
- 100 g lamb's lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 carrots
Preparation
- Cut the chicken fillets into small strips.
- Dice the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrots and avocado and grate the red cabbage.
- Heat the pita bread in a preheated oven at 180° for 10 minutes.
- Add olive oil to the pan and heat.
- Sauté the chicken until golden brown and add chicken seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Cut the pita breads open and fill them with the vegetables and chicken.
- Serve with Manna pita sauce.
