Recipes Pasta carbonara with white asparagus
Ingredients
- 500 g white asparagus
- 400 g linguine, spaghetti or tagliatelle
- 75 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar of Manna Carbonara
- A few sprigs of parsley
Preparation
- Peel the asparagus, remove the hard ends of the asparagus and cut them into pieces.
- Let the asparagus cook for about 5 minutes in a pot of water and a pinch of salt.
- Then remove the pan from the heat and let them stand for 15 minutes with a closed lid.
- Remove the asparagus from the pan and set aside.
- Bring the water in the pot to boil again and cook the pasta until tender.
- Heat the Manna Carbonara in the microwave.
- Add the asparagus and the Manna Carbonara to the drained pasta and toss everything together.
- Garnish with finely chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese.
