Recipes Pasta carbonara with white asparagus

Ingredients

  • 500 g white asparagus
  • 400 g linguine, spaghetti or tagliatelle
  • 75 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar of Manna Carbonara
  • A few sprigs of parsley

 

Preparation

  • Peel the asparagus, remove the hard ends of the asparagus and cut them into pieces.
  • Let the asparagus cook for about 5 minutes in a pot of water and a pinch of salt.
  • Then remove the pan from the heat and let them stand for 15 minutes with a closed lid.
  • Remove the asparagus from the pan and set aside.
  • Bring the water in the pot to boil again and cook the pasta until tender.
  • Heat the Manna Carbonara in the microwave.
  • Add the asparagus and the Manna Carbonara to the drained pasta and toss everything together.
  • Garnish with finely chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese.
