Recipes Chili sin carne
chili con carne

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of Manna Vegetarian Bolognese
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 200 g canned sweet corn
  • 200 g canned kidney beans
  • olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese
  • nachos

 

Preparation:

  • Finely chop the onion and bell pepper.
  • Press the garlic cloves.
  • Sauté the onion, bell pepper and garlic in a bit of olive oil.
  • Then add the Manna Vegetarian Bolognese and season with oregano and cumin.
  • Finally, add the kidney beans and sweet corn.
  • Let simmer for a few more minutes before serving.
  • Garnish the chili sin carne with a spoonful of sour cream and grated cheese.
  • Serve with nachos
