Recipes Gnocchi with bolognese sauce and spinach
Ingredients
- 350 gr Manna Bolognese Sauce
- 250 g young spinach leaves
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- A few leaves of fresh basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
- Boil the gnocchi in salted water.
- Pour off water and allow to thoroughly drain.
- Heat a bit of olive oil in a large pan on the stove.
- Add the spinach leaves and allow to wilt.
- Then add the bolognese sauce and the gnocchi.
- Stir everything well together and transfer everything in an ovenproof casserole dish.
- Cut the mozzarella balls into pieces and divide over the gnocchi.
- Put the casserole dish in the oven under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese has melted nicely golden brown.
- Garnish with finely chopped basil before serving.
