Recipes Lasagne with Vegetarian Bolognese
Ingredients
- 1 jar of Manna Vegetarian Bolognese
- 1 pack of dried lasagne sheets
- 100 g grated cheese
- For the béchamel sauce: 50 g butter / 50 g flour / 350 ml milk / 1 pinch nutmeg, pepper and salt
Preparation:
- First make the béchamel sauce.
- Melt the butter in a pan on the stove.
- Add the flour and let it brown for a while.
- Now gradually add the milk and stir into a smooth sauce.
- Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
- Take a large bowl and put a layer of Manna Vegetarian Bolognese on the bottom.
- Cover the layer of vegetarian bolognese sauce with a few lasagne sheets.
- Spoon a layer of bechamel sauce over this and cover again with a few lasagne sheets.
- Repeat until the vegetarian bolognese sauce and béchamel sauce are completely used up.
- Finish with a layer of béchamel sauce and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Bake the lasagne in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
