Recipes Mini Lasagne
Ingredients:
- 1 jar of Manna Bolognese sauce (690 g)
- olive oil
- 100 g grated cheese
- 36 wonton wrappers
- 2 balls of mozzarella
Preparation:
- Take a muffin tin and grease the cavities with a thin layer of olive oil.
- Take two wonton wrappers and place them perpendicular to each other (so that they make the shape of a star).
- Arrange the sheets nicely in one of the muffin cups.
- Now scoop in a spoonful of the Manna Bolognese sauce and place a slice of mozzarella on top.
- Sprinkle with a thin layer of grated cheese and place a wonton wrapper on top.
- Spoon another spoonful of Manna Bolognese sauce on top and finish with grated cheese.
- Repeat until the muffin tin is completely filled.
- Now bake the mini lasagnes for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
- Serve with fresh basil leaves.
