Ingredients

  • 2 kg mussels
  • 1 jar of Manna Vegetable Sauce
  • 500 g pasta
  • a few leaves of basil

 

Preparation

  • Wash the mussels thoroughly in cold running water.
  • Steam the mussels in a pot with a lid for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • It is recommended to shake the mussels from time to time.
  • Heat the Manna Vegetable Sauce.
  • Then mix the mussels with the vegetable sauce.
  • Cook the pasta according to your own preference.
  • Mix the pasta with the mussels and the sauce.
  • Serve with some fresh basil.
