Ingredients
- 2 kg mussels
- 1 jar of Manna Vegetable Sauce
- 500 g pasta
- a few leaves of basil
Preparation
- Wash the mussels thoroughly in cold running water.
- Steam the mussels in a pot with a lid for 7 to 8 minutes.
- It is recommended to shake the mussels from time to time.
- Heat the Manna Vegetable Sauce.
- Then mix the mussels with the vegetable sauce.
- Cook the pasta according to your own preference.
- Mix the pasta with the mussels and the sauce.
- Serve with some fresh basil.
