Recipes Nacho platter with bolognese sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of nacho chips
  • Manna Ch'easy
  • 150 gr Manna Bolognese Sauce
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 tbsp chilli con carne seasoning
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tbsp guacamole
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • A few cilantro leaves

 

Preparation

  • Arrange the nacho chips in an ovenproof dish.
  • Spray with a layer of Ch'easy and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes so that the cheese can melt nicely.
  • Heat the bolognese sauce in a pan on the stove.
  • Mix in the corn and chili con carne seasoning.
  • Cut the tomato into cubes.
  • Remove the nachos from the oven and spoon the bolognese sauce over them.
  • Sprinkle with the tomato cubes and spoon the guacamole and sour cream on top.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
