Recipes Nacho platter with bolognese sauce
Ingredients
- 1 bag of nacho chips
- Manna Ch'easy
- 150 gr Manna Bolognese Sauce
- 1 can of corn
- 1 tbsp chilli con carne seasoning
- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp guacamole
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- A few cilantro leaves
Preparation
- Arrange the nacho chips in an ovenproof dish.
- Spray with a layer of Ch'easy and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes so that the cheese can melt nicely.
- Heat the bolognese sauce in a pan on the stove.
- Mix in the corn and chili con carne seasoning.
- Cut the tomato into cubes.
- Remove the nachos from the oven and spoon the bolognese sauce over them.
- Sprinkle with the tomato cubes and spoon the guacamole and sour cream on top.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
