Recipes Open lasagne with Italian ham and burrata
Ingredients
- 6 large lasagne sheets
- 2 balls of burrata
- 150 gr Italian ham
- 500 gr Manna Bolognese Sauce
- 50 gr grated Parmesan cheese
- A few leaves of basil
- Pepper – salt
Preparation
- Heat the bolognese sauce in a saucepan on the stove.
- Boil the lasagne sheets in salted water until al dente.
- Drain and cut them in half.
- Take serving plates and place a lasagne sheet on each.
- Spoon over some of the bolognese sauce and arrange a slice of Italian ham on top.
- Spoon some burrata over it. Repeat two more times.
- Season the lasagne towers with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with extra leaves of fresh basil.
