Recipes Pasta with scampi in a tomato cream sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 jar of Manna Tomagrec (365 g)
- 400 g pasta
- 20 scampi
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, diced
- 250 ml cream
- a few basil leaves, finely chopped
- Parmesan cheese
- pepper - salt
- olive oil
Preparation:
- Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water.
- Peel the scampi, devein and sauté in a bit of olive oil.
- Sauté the shallots and the garlic.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and briefly cook.
- Now add the Tomagrec and the cream.
- Stir to form a creamy sauce.
- Season with fresh basil leaves, salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta and mix it with the scampi and sauce.
- Divide the pasta over four plates.
- Finish with grated Parmesan cheese and basil
