Recipes Puff pastries with Bolognese Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Manna Bolognese sauce
- 5 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 4 basil leaves
- 3 slices of Parma ham
- 1 egg yolk
Preparation:
- Roll out the sheet of puff pastry and spread it with the Manna Bolognese sauce.
- Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces and divide them over the sauce.
- Then sprinkle with the grated cheese and basil leaves.
- Cut the Parma ham into pieces and also divide over the sheet of puff pastry.
- Now roll up the puff pastry and slice into rounds of +- 1 cm thickness.
- Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush the outside with a layer of egg yolk.
- Then bake the rolls for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
