Recipes Shaksuhuka

Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 350 gr Manna Bolognese Sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 handful of green herbs (basil, cilantro, oregano, parsley, …)
  • 1 ciabatta
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Olive oil

 

Preparation

  • Heat a bit of olive oil in a deep pan on the stove.
  • Sauté the garlic in it and then add the bolognese sauce.
  • Heat gently and add cumin and paprika powder.
  • Make four wells in the sauce and break the eggs into them.
  • Put a lid on the pan and allow to simmer for 5 to 7 minutes so that the eggs can set.
  • Meanwhile, cut the ciabatta into thin slices.
  • Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut the flesh into thin slices.
  • Sprinkle the shakshuka with the green herbs and the chili flakes.
  • Place the avocado slices on top.
