Recipes Shaksuhuka
Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic
- 350 gr Manna Bolognese Sauce
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 handful of green herbs (basil, cilantro, oregano, parsley, …)
- 1 ciabatta
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Heat a bit of olive oil in a deep pan on the stove.
- Sauté the garlic in it and then add the bolognese sauce.
- Heat gently and add cumin and paprika powder.
- Make four wells in the sauce and break the eggs into them.
- Put a lid on the pan and allow to simmer for 5 to 7 minutes so that the eggs can set.
- Meanwhile, cut the ciabatta into thin slices.
- Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut the flesh into thin slices.
- Sprinkle the shakshuka with the green herbs and the chili flakes.
- Place the avocado slices on top.
