Recipes Spare rib salad
Ingredients
- 2 kg spare ribs (with bone)
- 12 tbsp Mannalouse
- Pepper – salt
Other Ingredients:
- Brown buns
- A few lettuce leaves
- Finely chopped spring onion
Preparation
- Cook the ribs in the oven and allow to cool.
- Remove the meat from the bones and place in a bowl.
- Mix the Mannalouse with the meat.
- Season additionally with salt and pepper.
- Slice the brown buns.
- Top them with lettuce leaves and the spare rib salad.
- Garnish with finely chopped spring onion.
