Recipes Spare rib salad

Ingredients

  • 2 kg spare ribs (with bone)
  • 12 tbsp Mannalouse
  • Pepper – salt

Other Ingredients:

  • Brown buns
  • A few lettuce leaves
  • Finely chopped spring onion

 

Preparation

  • Cook the ribs in the oven and allow to cool.
  • Remove the meat from the bones and place in a bowl.
  • Mix the Mannalouse with the meat.
  • Season additionally with salt and pepper.
  • Slice the brown buns.
  • Top them with lettuce leaves and the spare rib salad.
  • Garnish with finely chopped spring onion.
