Recipes Tacos con carne
Ingredients
- 400 gr Manna Bolognese Sauce
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 avocado
- 1 romaine lettuce
- Sour cream
Preparation
- Cut the red onions into half-rings and put them in a bowl.
- Add the sugar and white wine vinegar.
- Allow to marinate.
- Heat the bolognese sauce in a pan on the stove.
- Add the corn, beans and taco seasoning.
- Cut the avocado into cubes and the romaine lettuce into strips.
- Place a generous spoonful of the bolognese sauce on the tortillas.
- Top with some romaine lettuce and avocado cubes.
- Then scatter some red onion on top and finish with a dollop of sour cream and fresh cilantro leaves.
