Recipes Vegetarian steak tartare
Ingredients
- 4 balls of mozzarella, chopped
- 4 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp gherkins
- 8 tbsp Manna Préparée Americain
- 2 tbsp tomato concentrate
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs or panko
- Pepper – salt
Other ingredients:
- Brown baguette
- A few gherkins
- Finely chopped red onion
- A few leaves of arugula
Preparation
- Put the pieces of mozzarella together with the shallots, capers and gherkins in the chopper or blender.
- Add the Préparée Americain sauce, tomato concentrate, balsamic vinegar and breadcrumbs.
- Blend to form a smooth spread.
- Season the spread with salt and pepper.
- Cut the baguette into slices.
- Spread the slices of baguette with the veggie tartare.
- Garnish with a few gherkins, finely chopped red onion and a few leaves of arugula.
