Recipes Wok with chicken and Chinese curry
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 tbsp wok oil
- 1 tbsp chicken seasoning
- 500 g wok vegetables (bell pepper, broccoli, baby corn, soybean sprouts, snow peas, carrot, onion)
- 1 jar of Manna Chinese curry (370 g)
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 spring onion stalk
Preparation:
- Dice the chicken fillet.
- Heat the wok oil in a wok pan and then sir-fry the chicken in it.
- Season with a tablespoon of chicken seasoning.
- When the chicken is cooked, add the wok vegetables.
- Stir-fry until al dente.
- Then mix the Chinese curry and coconut milk with the vegetables and chicken.
- Simmer gently for a few minutes.
- Divide the wok dish over deep plates.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and finely chopped spring onion.
- Serve with rice.
